Jadyn had her 2 year well child visit at the doctor today. She cried when they weighed her, she cried when they measured her, she cried when they took her temp and she cried when they checked her ears, eyes, mouth and heart. You get the point. She didn't want to be there so she cried. At any rate my big girl weighed 26.6 pounds (50th %) is 34 1/4 inches tall (75th %) and is healthy and developmentally on track. The doctor still feels we can monitor her umbilical hernia and hope it resolves on its own. She got one shot and surprisingly after all that crying, she only fussed for a quick moment.
They say at the age of 2 you can predict your child's height fairly accurately by their current height and the heights of both parents. Putting those figures into this calculator that means Jadyn will be about 5 feet 5 inches and based on Jake's 4 year visit, he will only be 5 feet 7 inches (that is my side of the family - sorry Jake!).

It says Reagan will only be 5' 3". I think I'll see if I can compare with another tool too.
